Boy, 16, avoids jail after sister, 12, gives birth to his baby after raping her in their shared bedroom at night

A BOY who raped his sister in their shared bedroom at night has avoided a jail term – after the 12-year-old girl gave birth to his child.
The teenager, 16, has been handed a three-year suspended sentence for sexually abusing his sibling at their Czech Republic home in late 2024.
The young girl and those around her did not know she was pregnant until she started suffering from extreme pain.
When she was admitted to hospital, and was told that she was in labour.
She gave birth shortly after – and the 12-year-old girl accused her brother of raping her.
A paternity test then confirmed that the teenager was the father of the newborn.
He began sexually abusing his sibling aged just 15 at their parents’ home in the Karlovy Vary region, a court heard.
She was then raped in the fall of 2024, according to prosecutors.
The young girl remained quiet and continued going to school.
Nobody suspected her pregnancy – and as the girl’s stomach grew larger, her family assumed she had simply gained weight.
She appeared to be larger than usual in school photos, Bild reported.
The girl gave birth in the summer of 2025.
Authorities told local media the children came from a good social background.
They said: “It was a real catastrophe for the family. They had a very hard time coping with it.
“Of course, it was immediately the talk of the town.”
The baby boy has been placed into foster care.
The schoolboy appeared in a court in Pilsen for his sentencing on Friday.
He was given a three-year suspended sentence and ordered to do sex offender therapy.
The defendant was also ordered to pay the victim more than £10,000.
