LIMERICK influencer Sinéad O’Brien has welcomed a baby girl into the world with husband Simon Fitzgerald.

The couple announced the birth of their newest addition to the family late Thursday evening, revealing her name to be Jessie Rose, in tribute to Sinéad’s own mother, Rose.

Better known as Sinéad’s Curvy Style to her Instagram followers, the businesswoman posted a photograph showing the parents and baby together, taken only moments after the birth.

The happy picture, captioned; “Jessie Rose, 04.06.26, Our girl has arrived”, was met with a flood of congratulatory comments from friends, family and fans.

Sinéad followed up the post with a series of stories, including pictures of the newborn with her mom and dad, displaying their delight through the wide grins on their faces.

The Vacious owner announced she was “speechless” as the couple’s hearts were “bursting with pride for our little girl!”

“We got loads of time with her after labour and got a great feed in after birth, which was the most amazing experience, and she opened her eyes when she heard my voice for the first time!” Sinéad exclaimed.

Sharing an update on the newborn’s health, the Patrickswell woman explained to followers that “for now, she is resting away” as the baby girl “needs a little help with her lungs” following the section, describing the situation as “completely understandable”.

“We will, of course, keep going with what’s right for her now, and I’m keeping everything crossed she’ll be back in my arms tomorrow, or whenever she’s ready”

The post explained that Jessie is currently in the neonatal unit – being born at only 37 weeks old – followed by a sweet message reading; “I love you baby girl – we got this”

Sinéad then reposted a story by her sister Mary Tierney, who is currently minding the couple’s first child, three-year-old Jacob.

With her famous sense of humour still intact, the now mother of two reacted to a photo of her son and his aunt sharing a cuddle by saying; “I’m the luckiest person in the world to have such an amazing family. I bet he’s only asked for me once, if even!”

Sharing a final close-up photo of the newborn, the mother doted over her baby girl’s “little rolls” and “tiny hands and feet” before signing off for the night.
